Jeremy Miller 
Senior Pastor
Jeremy has been the Senior Pastor of MCA since November of 2006. He lives in Fredericksburg with his wife Sarah and their two children. Jeremy grew up in a small Kansas church where he learned to follow Jesus and love the community of faith. Early in their marriage, he and Sarah led a team in a year of mission work through the REACH program of Rosedale Mennonite Missions. Jeremy's driving passion is to see people authentically connected to Jesus and to each other. Additionally, he enjoys parties, board games, and using his chainsaw.





Jeff Polen
Youth Pastor
Jeff is the Youth Pastor and Worship Pastor Music Director at MCA.  He lives in Apple Creek with his wife Jodi and their three (soon to be four) children.  Prior to joining the staff at MCA Jeff and Jodi served in the overseas mission field with Youth With A Mission.  Jeff also operates a non-profit music ministry and leads a Contemporary Christian Rock band.

 




Keith Tennefoss
Administrator
Keith is the Administrator and Director of Children’s Ministry at MCA. He lives near Fredericksburg with his wife Tina and their four children. Prior to joining the staff at MCA Keith worked in the Software Development industry for 16 years, managing various aspects of the software development cycle. Keith started his road to ministry at MCA in 1997 when he joined the Children’s Church team. During the years that followed he felt Gods call on his life to be deeply involved in the work of the church.







Iva Byler
Secretary
Iva is the secretary at MCA and is also involved with MCA’s Walk With The Orphans Ministry. She lives near Millersburg with her husband Reuben and their three wonderful children. After experiencing a life-changing event, she has felt a strong calling to be involved in a ministry that reaches out to others to share God's love. Being the secretary at MCA has given her a great opportunity to do that. 







Phil and Yvonne Chupp
Custodians
Phil and Yvonne are responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the MCA Facility. Yvonne takes care of the cleaning duties and also substitutes/volunteers in the South East Local School District. Phil is responsible for the MCA Facility Maintenance, in addition to his day job, and comes to MCA with 20 years of experience in the maintenance field. He is also a volunteer firefighter/paramedic for the local fire department. Phil and Yvonne have been attending MCA since 1996 and live just outside of Fredericksburg with their three children. They enjoy camping, going on trips, and attending their children’s sporting events.
